HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It may take up to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralized fulfillment center in California that all of our products ship from for International orders. So, please allow for up to 3-6 weeks if the order is international.
USA orders ship from our Warehouses in the United States Located in California, Texas and New Jersey.

Items purchased from DopeWatchBands are eligible for a full refund or can be exchanged within 14 days of you receiving your purchase.
DOMESTIC RETURNS (USA ONLY)
Please email us with your order number in the subject line. You can opt for a refund or an exchange, and the return shipping is on you.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 14 days after the purchase to exchange or get a refund on defective items.

All other countries are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid, and all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the international customer. The taxes and duties will not be calculated in checkout. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order.
